Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 
Normal postal lead times in Estonia are 1-3 days

As all our products are made to order please give us a 4 days (+/- two days) to produce and ship them. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We use Omniva carrier for Estonian delivery.

If you placed an order for pre-order items, please note that it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your order, as we have ordered materials from overseas and it may take time to arrive. 

 

RETURNS

In Lacy Pretties, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to talk about what didn't work (and why) we'd love nothing more, please contact us hello@lacypretties.com and we will find a solution.

We kindly ask our customers to avoid change of mind returns.

For sanitary reasons please try on lingerie and swimwear bottoms over your underwear. The items must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with tags on, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled.

All returns will be inspected and approved before a refund is issued. The credited amount can take up to 10 days to reach your account depending on the issuing bank or card company.
